Services are provided according to the package or custom project agreed upon with the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, references, content, specifications, and other materials required to complete the project.
Delays caused by missing information or late client feedback may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
Our listed packages range from $199 to $1,999. Prices may vary for custom projects depending on complexity, number of illustrations, requirements, and additional services.
Payment requirements will be communicated before work begins.
Each package includes a specified number of revisions.
Revisions are intended for reasonable changes to the approved concept. Major changes, new concepts, or requests outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
Once the client approves the final artwork, additional changes may be treated as a new service or additional revision and may incur additional fees.
Delivery times depend on the complexity, scope, and requirements of the project.
Estimated delivery dates may change if the client delays providing information, feedback, approvals, or required materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vimexo retains ownership of original working files, sketches, concepts, and unused design directions.
The client’s usage rights will depend on the package purchased and the agreed project terms.
Source or editable files are included only where specifically stated in the selected package or project agreement.
Clients must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any images, text, logos, references, characters, or other materials they provide to Vimexo.
The client is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials supplied by them.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion, Vimexo may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.
Confidential or private projects will not be publicly displayed when confidentiality has been agreed upon.
Clients may not use Vimexo’s original concepts, unused designs, sketches, or working materials without appropriate permission.
Vimexo will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services. However, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or artwork.
