Our illustration services are customized specifically for each client. Once creative work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time and resources have already been committed to the project.
If you request cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable payment processing fees or administrative costs.
Once work has started, refunds may not be available. If a cancellation is approved, the refundable amount may be reduced based on the work already completed.
Changing your mind about the original concept, style, requirements, or project direction after work has started does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Additional work resulting from significant changes may require an additional fee.
If the delivered artwork requires changes within the revision allowance of your selected package, we will work with you to make the agreed revisions.
